Netiquette
Netiquette is the term for correct behavior in electronic communication. We place a great deal of importance on following the netiquette. It ensures that players communicate with each other in an appropriate and respectful manner and that no one can be insulted or bullied. In order to enjoy a great gaming experience, we ask all players to respect the netiquette. If players repeatedly violate netiquette, they will be banned from all online functions, such as Groups, Quests, Messages and Contracts and the market (see Warehouse and Market) and will only be able to play the game offline.

Exploitation of bugs
Also, exploiting bugs and/or faulty game mechanics for personal gain will not be tolerated, i.e. players who deliberately take advantage of them may be excluded from all online functions.
Despite extensive testing, bugs can always appear and we always try to fix them as soon as possible. However, we also rely on you and your feedback to get to the root of bugs and ensure the best possible gaming experience for you. If you find any bugs, gaps or other inconsistencies, we would be very grateful if you let us know via the feedback button (you can find it directly in the game under settings) to keep the game fair for everyone. We thank you very much for your support!

iCloud backup
Each player is responsible for their backup to iCloud. This can be activated in the settings in the game. If the backup was not activated, for example, if you want to continue playing the game on a new device, the current state can no longer be accessed. This means that in this case you have to start from the beginning, or continue playing from the game progress that was last saved in iCloud (if this was ever activated before).
We can't "give you back" the state, as much as we would like to. Therefore, please make sure that you ALWAYS have the backup enabled. Wenn dies funktioniert, sollte dort stehen, wann die letzte Sicherung durchgeführt wurde. Solltet ihr iCloud (iCloud Drive und Industries in den Einstellungen von iCloud) aktiviert haben aber es steht dort kein Datum und Uhrzeit, so meldet euch bitte an den Support.
Geisterfirmen
Es dürfen keine Geisterfirmen angelegt werden, nur um Ressourcen an andere Accounts zu transferieren oder um diese zu jeglichen eigenen Vorteilen zu nutzen. Jeder Account, bzw. Spieler, wird gebannt, dh. sämtliche Onlinefunktionen werden für diesen Spieler nicht mehr verfügbar sein.
Untersagtes Beispiel: Ein Spieler legt eine neue Firma an, transferiert Ressourcen an einen anderen Account, und löscht das Spiel wieder, um dies zu wiederholen.
Erlaubtes Beispiel: Ein Spieler hat eine Firma auf einem iPhone und eine weitere auf einem iPad. (Beide Firmen werden aktiv bespielt.)
