You can produce products by clicking on a building and then on the button "Produce". Afterwards you can choose a product and enter a desired quantity either directly on the quantity or you can use the slider. You will then see how many raw materials and how much time is needed for the selected quantity. You can also click on the button to the right of the slider, where you can automatically produce the largest possible quantity (based on the required and available raw materials).
