It ensures that players communicate with each other in an appropriate and respectful manner and that no one can be insulted or bullied. In order to enjoy a great gaming experience, we ask all players to respect the netiquette. If players repeatedly violate netiquette, they will be banned from all online functions, such as Groups, Quests, Messages and Contracts and the market (see Warehouse and Market) and will only be able to play the game offline.

Exploitation of bugs

However, we also rely on you and your feedback to get to the root of bugs and ensure the best possible gaming experience for you. If you find any bugs, gaps or other inconsistencies, we would be very grateful if you let us know via the feedback button (you can find it directly in the game under settings) to keep the game fair for everyone. iCloud backup
Each player is responsible for their backup to iCloud. This can be activated in the settings in the game. If the backup was not activated, for example, if you want to continue playing the game on a new device, the current state can no longer be accessed. This means that in this case you have to start from the beginning, or continue playing from the game progress that was last saved in iCloud (if this was ever activated before).
We can't "give you back" the state, as much as we would like to. Therefore, please make sure that you ALWAYS have the backup enabled. If this is working, it should say when the last backup was made. If you have iCloud enabled (iCloud Drive and Industries in iCloud settings) but there is no date and time, please contact support.
Ghost companies
No ghost companies may be created, only to transfer resources to other accounts or to use them for any own advantages. Each account or player will be banned, i.e. all online functions will no longer be available for this player.
Forbidden Example: A player creates a new company, transfers resources to another account, and deletes the game again to repeat this.
Allowed Example: A player has one company on an iPhone and another on an iPad. (Both companies are actively played).
